04 / A LIFELONG JOURNEY IN MUSIC

Storyteller always.
“For me, composing for film is a natural extension of a lifelong passion for music.”
Born and raised in Akko, Israel, and based in Los Angeles, Itzhak Yaron is a composer, orchestrator, and songwriter. His musical life began in childhood, playing in school and youth orchestras, and has continued through a lifetime of study with teachers and personal mentors.
His work brings together traditional musicianship, live performance, and modern music production. He moves from a musical concept to orchestration, score preparation, recording, and the finished mix, with the director’s vision at the center.
Itzhak is completing the UCLA Extension Film Scoring Certificate Program, with training in harmony, orchestration, conducting, and scoring to picture. His composition and orchestration studies include work with Max Berlin, Ira Hearshen, and Steve Rothstein, and an Advanced Orchestration Workshop with James Venable.
